Vendor Rules

for Non-Profits, For-Profits and Food


You will receive a confirmation email that your form has been submitted successfully. Closer to the event, you will recieve another email with details and instructions for the day of the event. 

WE WILL NOT SECURE BOOTH SPACE WITHOUT THE CORRECT FEE PAID
The only other way to secure a booth is to become a sponsor. To discuss becoming a sponsor, please contact

  • SAVE MONEY ON BOOTH FEES!!!  Register EARLY before fees increase.
  •  Fees increase February 15 and March 15th. Registration closes April 15th. 
  • Vendors are encouraged to bring their own pop-up tents, tables and chairs. Your space will be 10' x 10'.  If you don't have a tent and need tenting, we can provide professional 10' x 10' tented space at an increased cost.
  • NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE. NO GENERATORS ALLOWED (with the exception of Food vendors).

In addition to entertainment at our Pride event, we offer a wide variety of vendors to choose from. They include, educational and informational LGBT materials, health education and information, food, clothes, 
handmade crafts, many types of art, LGBT current events and news resources, and much more!
Our Pride event runs from noon to 5:00 p.m. in May (average attendance  over 20,000). This is a rain or shine event!
